Today's breakfast consisted of 2 eggs, sauteed mushrooms & onions, pumpkin smoothie and a banana all for a total of 6 pp! Not bad at all. For lunch I'm going to broil a chicken breast with some mushrooms & onions as well.
Weekends are still my killers and I am so glad I've been invited to no picnics today (way too hot anyway).
