I'm failing heavily in the diet department and I'm not liking it.
One thing I've always advised everyone with when it comes to losing weight is that your head must be in the right place. Mine hasn't been there in a while and things are going haywire!!
I'm about 12 lbs. over goal and really need some motivation to get rid of that. If I keep moving in the direction I'm now going it will become 15, 20, 25....and just keep increasing. I need to do something NOW!!
I really wish Weight Watchers would offer meetings for their Lifetime members. Maintaining is so much harder than the losing part.
